Homeschool Record Keeping (Abeka Academy)
Homeschool record keeping is easier when you do it every day. In this video about homeschooling a high schooler enrolled in the Abeka accredited program, I lament the fact that I procrastinated on the record keeping during the first quarter. I discuss my plans to keep the progress reports in my teacher binder in the future for easy access.

Books My Homeschooled Kids Read
Homeschool mom discusses how she prefers to buy books over going to the library and talks about how she selects them. Dr. Seuss, leveled children’s readers, and Christian novels from Baptist publishers are what she recommends as well as other books recommended by Christian friends and family members and of course books she herself read as a kid while attending Christian schools. She also touched on 9th grade Abeka book report requirements.

ACE Curriculum Grade Levels and PACE numbers
ACE Curriculum Grade Levels: PACES and Pace numbers explained. In this video, I explain that there are 12 PACES per subject, per year, starting with PACE 1001, aka PACE number 1, in first grade.
