Washington Han Mu Do Spring 2018 Home School testing
Congratulations to all of the students who traveled from Washington (and all over for the other schools including Mexico!) to Baton Rouge for the Spring 2018 seminar and belt test. WHMD brought a large group first and second degree black belt candidates, who did very well.

For the eighth year in a row, WHRO hosted The Virginian-Pilot Spelling Bee live in our studio! Throughout southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina, public schools, independent schools and home school associations all held local school bees and sent their winners to WHRO, where the area’s finest middle school spellers competed for the regional title. From here, the first place winner will travel to Washington, D.C., to compete in the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
