Parents not allowed to walk their kids home from Magnolia Elementary School in Magnolia, TX
Holly Ray, principal of Bear Branch Elementary in Magnolia Texas has new rules this year and they are making parents and teachers furious!
She removed the bike rack, and made the new rule at the beginning of the school year and reinforced it in March.
Only way you can get to and from school is in a car or bus! Parents stay in your car! No walking, with a parent or not.

Remembering: 80 Families Faced Prosecution
The "Leeper Case" was a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 10 families, including Gary and Cheryl Leeper, against the State of Texas after criminal suits had been filed against more than 80 families for home schooling. The goal of the Leeper case was to finally establish home schooling as legal and to end government abuse of families.
