Breads Around the World - Sambusa - Somalia

Luke, Matthew and John-Paul are doing a Breads around the world project for their Geography lesson. This is the seventh installment and it looks at Sambusas from Somalia, a snack food almost identical to Samosas from India. This version is vegetarian with a potato and green pea filling. While being somewhat of a stretch to be called a bread, the wrapper is a dough and they sounded yummy enough to try!. They were excellent.
