Education Minister Not Impressed With Student Turn Out On Ash Wednesday

The Ministry of Education says thousands of primary and secondary school teachers turned out to work on Ash Wednesday but the number of students was not so impressive.

Line Minister, Anthony Garcia said, this year more teachers came out to fulfill their duty in a greater number than previous years in both primary and secondary schools.

In the case of primary schools, 82% of teachers turned out showing an increase of 3% when compared to last year's attendance of 79%.

WV TEACHER CAUGHT WATCHING QUESTIONABLE CONTENT IN SCHOOL

A sixth grade teacher at East Bank Middle School in WV was reported to the principal by a 13 year old after being caught watching inappropriate material on his computer in the classroom.

Shortly after being reported, the teacher barges into the student's English class and berates the student in front of his classmates and threatens him.
