Important Information For Military Students About James Madison High School Tier 1 Status

We're proud to report that James Madison High School has been elevated to Tier 1 Status.

So what does this mean? Previously, some high school seniors who planned to enter the military upon graduation had difficulty enlisting because the Department of Defense classified an online high school diploma as Tier II or "non-traditional". In order to enlist, a graduate would first need to complete 15 college credit hours.
