How I Choose my Homeschool Curriculum
amblesideonline.org for a Charlotte Mason approach to education. curriculum mentioned: Sonlight, Winter Promise, Tapestry of Grace, Five in a Row, MathUSee, Alpha and Omega, Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons I've also used Singapore Math, Noeo Science, Mystery of History, Ruth Beechick, those workbooks you see in bookstores and Walmart. I've tried File Folder Games and lapbooking. I've enjoyed the Unit Study approach. There's more I can't think of at the moment....don't let anxiety...

How we handle field trips in our Mocha Homeschool. More details below: We meet once a month. Each mom plans one trip for the year. we wear matching T-shirts and have a group name. Our trips are usually on the same Friday each month from 10-12PM. We often plan to have bagged lunches together too.
